From the minute we walked into Rossi's we were greeted with friendly and helpfulness. Ralph the manager introduced us to Eric Kunkle the salesman that helped us. Eric listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and explained all the options. Eric was excellent to work with and so was the tech support Steven, explained all of the car's systems.
